Professor Barbara Kirshenblatt-Gimblett, Chief Curator of the Core Exhibition at POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, will be speaking this April at Princeton University, University of Pennsylvania, Case Western Reserve, Cornell University, the YIVO Institute for Jewish Research, and the Museum of the Jewish Heritage in New York on May 2. The Global Education Outreach Program (GEOP), supported by the William K. Bowes, Jr. Foundation and the Taube Foundation for Jewish Life & Culture, is intended to strengthen POLIN Museum as an international center for intellectual exchange and partnerships in the fields of Polish-Jewish studies and Jewish museum studies. International Conference “From Ibrahim ibn Yakub to 6 Anielewicz Street” marked the opening of the Core Exhibition of POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews.
